What the Role Involves

This is an online coaching role.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Delivering structured workout and nutrition programming using our systems

  • Weekly client check-ins via our coaching platform

  • Leading Zoom calls to support client progress

  • Following our process for communication, accountability, and service delivery

  • Participating in weekly team Zoom calls

  • Attending quarterly trainings at HQ in San Jose, CA

We assign you clients directly, you don’t need to sell or generate your own leads. We provide the tools, systems, and coaching framework you’ll be expected to follow.

Who This Role Is For

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for coaches who already know how to work with clients, especially in an online format.

The right candidate is:

  • Aligned with our mission to create a higher standard in the industry

  • Self-directed and organized without needing daily hand-holding

  • Ambitious and serious about long-term growth

  • Comfortable working remotely and managing their own schedule

  • Open to feedback, coaching, and professional development

You do not need to live in any specific location. You are also free to continue coaching your own clients or running your own business outside of your work with us.

A Quick Note on What This Role Isn’t

While being a remote Support Coach offers flexibility and independence, it’s important to understand how this role differs from being part of our in-house team:

  • You won’t be in the room. The in-house team works directly with Kyle, Sal, Adam, and Justin on a daily basis. As a remote coach, you’ll still be part of the team, but your exposure to leadership and day-to-day operations will be more limited.

  • Fewer career development opportunities (initially). The in-house team tends to take on leadership, management, and higher-visibility roles. Remote coaches are vital to what we do, but this role is more focused on client delivery than internal strategy or long-term brand development.

  • You’ll need to be self-managed. Especially if you’re coming in as a contractor, there won’t be anyone holding your hand. You’re expected to deliver high-quality coaching, follow our systems, and stay organized without constant oversight.

This isn’t meant to discourage, it’s meant to clarify. Many coaches thrive in this role and find it to be the right level of challenge and flexibility. But if you’re looking for more direct mentorship, visibility, or upward mobility within the company, you may want to consider the in-house route.
