We’re looking to bring on a full-time personal trainer to join our in-house team in San Jose. This role is best suited for someone who is passionate about changing lives, loves competing with other high-performing individuals, and prioritizes growth as a non-negotiable.

The Role

As a full-time, in-house Mind Pump Personal Trainer, your main responsibility is to coach clients, both online and in-person.

You'll also be responsible for the following:

  • Run client check-ins and Zoom calls

  • Lead and support in group coaching programs

  • Handle sales consultations for new clients

  • Help create educational and social media content

  • Collaborate on team projects that shape the future of this brand

The weekly schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm. This is a W2 position based on-site in San Jose.

Who We’re Looking For

We're not just looking for coaches. We're looking for someone who’s bought in - someone who believes in our mission to reshape the fitness industry and raise the standard for what personal training should look like.

You might be a great fit if:

  • You care deeply about helping people, not just building a following

  • You’re obsessed with growth- in your clients and yourself

  • You thrive on a team that pushes each other to be excellent

  • You’re willing to relocate to San Jose for the right opportunity

  • You’re excited to learn from and work alongside the Mind Pump hosts

Experience helps, but it’s not required. We care more about your attitude, your integrity, and your commitment to the mission.

This is the role with the most long-term opportunity inside Mind Pump.

Our in-house team is our core.

These are the coaches who:

  • Get the most face time with leadership

  • Help shape new initiatives

  • Have future potential for leadership and management

  • Represent the brand on content, in-person events, and more

If you're thinking long-term, and you're in this to leave your mark on the industry, this is the role you want.
